This walk is arguably one of our favourites year round, but during the summer months it is extra lovely. Not only do you get stunning views and a chance to connect with wildlife, but you can also treat yourself to a cake and iced coffee at the end of your walk!
Visit the Gourmet Goat Farmer!
Right around the corner from the iconic heritage site of Avebury is the Gourmet Goat Farmer. On a sunny day, you can treat yourself to a goats milk ice cream!
If you visit around the time this blog post was published, you’d even be able to spend time with the cheeky baby goats.

Visit the Lawn Farm Shop!
Whilst we’re on the topic of baby animals… The Lawn Farm shop is just a 10 minute drive from Cocklebury, and at this time of the year you can go and visit their cute piglets!
The farm shop is perfect for stocking up on some fresh local produce, including some bits you could use for a BBQ on a warm summer’s evening!
