As evening draws in, the rhythm of the farm shifts. The cattle settle and the light softens across the landscape. Wildlife begins to emerge; a barn owl skimming the fields, deer near the hedge lines, the sound of insects rising with the dusk.
We’ve spent years restoring this farm, giving nature space to return. The result is a working farm that’s become a haven for wildlife, and for our guests. This is the hour that makes you forget everything else. A drink in hand, the warmth of the firepit and the company of loves ones and friends – all with the backdrop of a landscape bathed in gold.
“Come forth into the light of things,
William Wordsworth; The Tables Turned
Let Nature be your teacher.”
