Swallow Cups Going Up Today
Did you know that swallows make their nests from scratch in sheltered spots by tying layers of mud together with grass and twigs? The result is impressive – but it takes quite a lot of effort. To give some of our injured, old, or tired residents a head start this year we’re installing 3 pre-made swallow cups into our outbuildings ready for them to fill with feathers and eggs!
