Thank you to everyone who has helped make 2023 another successful year at Cocklebury!
We have welcome many wonderful guests who have shared some truly special moments with us. We have had half a dozen proposals this year in our holiday let accommodation (all successful! 💍), family reunions, international surprise visits, and much more. Many have been kind enough to share lovely feedback and photos with us, we have also been left cards, chocolates and even flowers! 💐 Thank you to everyone who has supported this venture.
On the working side of the farm we have had a good year too! We somehow managed to bring in a bumper crop of hay during a very rainy British summer and have flown clear through the TB tests for our Aberdeen Angus cattle. 🌧️🐮 The whole farm has been refenced and we have worked in partnership with youth charities and the local AoNB to get younger generations out onto the farm. All have been great fun and a great success.
