As we transition away from the longer warm days of summer, we wanted to share our favourite reasons to stay at Cocklebury during the cooler autumn and winter months!

- Local pumpkin picking. Pick up some pumpkins on your way into visiting the world heritage site of Avebury from another local family farm. 🎃
- Lots & lots of hot chocolate. Stop by the Honeystreet Mill Café for the perfect reward after a walk along the canal. 🍫
- Christmas shopping in Marlborough. Marlborough High Street has been named the second most vibrant retail centre in the UK with plenty of independent shops to find the perfect gifts for your loved ones. 🎁
- Dark sky star gazing. One of the perks of staying in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – dark skies galore! 💫
- Late sunrise/early sunset. In the autumn and winter months you can enjoy the beautiful golden glow of a sunrise and sunset without having to stay up late or get up really early. 🌅
- Lighting the fire pit. You will definitely make the most out of the firepit during the colder months!🔥
- Snuggling up and watching seasonal films. We may be biased, but we think our lets are all already super cosy year-round, but we think snuggling up with snacks and blankets watching your favourite seasonal film takes cosy to a whole new level!🍿
- Winter wildlife. Look out for animal tracks in the muddy or frosty ground!🐾
